I offer online courses for someone just wanting to get the basics and have some group accountability. 
 
One on One I do an intake assessment for body composition, physical, mental and emotional wellness. One on One is a very personalized approach with me. From the location, length of time and of course subject matter.

Life coaching is a collaborative process where a trained professional helps individuals clarify goals, overcome challenges, and create positive changes in their personal and professional lives. It can benefit you by providing guidance, support, and accountability, helping you gain clarity, set goals, and navigate life's transitions more effectively.

While a strict meal plan offers clarity, my goal for you is long-term freedom and flexibility. Instead of just following a list, let's focus on learning how to nourish your body so you can make confident, healthy choices anywhere, for life.

I don't operate with a fixed session count upfront because I want to ensure you get exactly what you need, nothing more and nothing less. Our end date will be a joint decision. About 10–15% of people are highly hypnotizable, 10% are very resistant, and most fall in the middle. Intelligence, imagination, and willingness all play a role.

In short: Hypnosis is a real, evidence-based psychological tool—not mind control, not sleep, and not fake. It’s simply a way to focus your mind intensely so you can make positive changes more easily. Think daydreaming on steroids!
