I don't operate with a fixed session count upfront because I want to ensure you get exactly what you need, nothing more and nothing less. Our end date will be a joint decision. We'll consider our work complete when you feel fully confident and self-sufficient in maintaining your results.
About 10–15% of people are highly hypnotizable, 10% are very resistant, and most fall in the middle. Intelligence, imagination, and willingness all play a role.
In short: Hypnosis is a real, evidence-based psychological tool—not mind control, not sleep, and not fake. It’s simply a way to focus your mind intensely so you can make positive changes more easily. Think daydreaming on steroids!
